Arlene Botta, Chef/Owner of The Measuring Cup,
Graduated from The Cooking & Hospitality Institute of
Chicago Le Cordon Bleu. Arlene began her catering
business in 2004. The Measuring Cup Cafe opened in
May of 2008. Here she continues to cater and offer a
daily menu where everything is prepared in house.
Chef Klaudia Crawford graduated from the Eastern
European School of Culinary & Hotel Management.
Klaudia previously owned The Country Cupboard Cafe in
Long Grove, IL as well as The Lavender Cafe in East
Dundee, IL.
